Please try the below mentioned steps from the PMP server on the remote machine using the account in which password reset is not working.
- From Command prompt, navigate to <PMP Installation Directory>/scripts folder and execute the command given below for resetting password.(CMD should be open with admin rights)
- cscript ChangePassword.vbs <dnsname of remote machine> <useraccount> <newpassword> <old password>
- For example - cscript ChangePassword.vbs "server1" "administrator" "NewP@ssword1!" "OldP@ssword1!"
- Verify whether the password is getting changed on the end machine and also send us the command line output to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com
