Thanks for the post and our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to identify the root cause.
- Stop the PMP service.
- Kill the postgres/mysql processes that are running in task manager.
- Remove/Rename the <PMP-Home>/logs folder.
- Start the PMP service.
- If it fails, zip and send the newly created logs folder to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com
So that we can analyse the root cause of the issue and get back to you.
