Thanks for the forum post.
Are you able to scan and find the local service account using PMP. If so, please follow the below mentioned steps and send us the logs files so that we can analyse the root cause.
- Login to PMP web console as an administrator.
- Navigate to Admin Tab -> Log Level -> Debug and click save.
- Stop the PMP service.
- Remove/Rename the <PMP-Home>/logs folder.
- Start the PMP service.
- Try performing password reset for the local service account and check whether it restart the service( reproduce the issue)
- Zip and send the newly created logs folder to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com
We will analyse the root cause of the issue and get back to you.
