Thanks for the post.
Book marklet feature should work fine with all the version of IE, FireFox and Chrome. We don't have any browser specific limitations. How do you access the PMP web console. Is it by specifying the hostname or FQDN. Please navigate to <PMP Installation Directory>\conf folder and open the file named "server.conf" with a notepad or word pad and check the name specified. Now, login to the PMP web console using the same name in server.conf file and delete the existing book marklet, add a new one and then try to use the book marklet feature.
