Thanks for the post.
PMP support out-of-box password reset and verification for the list of servers, devices, databases etc mentioned here. So, for Juniper Junos or other devices which are not supported out-box. Please login to the device manually using Putty and perform password reset for any one of the accounts. Now, send the complete login sequence along with the password reset commands used to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com so that we can prepare a custom script to add support for these devices.
