Re : Unable to create Super Adminiatrator

Hi Rickie,

Thanks for the post.
Login to PMP as an administrator. In the top right corner, you will find the "Super Admin" icon(A yellow * icon). Select the icon and it should list all the users who are super admin in PMP. If you have disabled the "Super Admin", then you need to login as the current super admin user and enable that option again. If you login as a Super admin and navigate to Admin tab, you will automatically see a new icon called "Super Admin" in the list.

Please let us know if you can find the current super admin and if that is a domain user. If it is the local admin account and if you have lost the password, then please send an email to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com. We would have to setup a quick call and assist you further in that case.
