Hi Matt,

Thanks for the mail.
Login to the actual server where PMP is installed and open the services console. Make sure that the Password Manager Pro service is either running with a domain admin account or a domain account that has local admin rights in all the windows boxes. Restart the PMP service once. Then login to PMP and delete the existing Windows resource. Try to Import it again using the Discover Resources button. Supply the domain details and use the same domain account with which PMP service is running.

PMP should pull the entire resource along with all the local accounts present in the target box. If this does not work, then try the below steps and send us the output for analysis.
  • Login to PMP server using the same PMP service account.
  • Open CMD with admin rights and navigate to<PMP>/scripts directory.
  • Execute the below command.
  • cscript listuseraccounts.vbs "dnsname of one windows server from which the accounts did not get imported" "domainname\username" "password"
  • The username and password are the one that you use in the AD import screen.
  • For example-- cscript listuseraccounts.vbs "server123" "ZOHO\domainadmin" "Pass123@"
Look forward to hear from you.
