Thanks for the post.
Please change the logo from "jpg" to "gif" format and then try uploading it. Also, please try to save the logo in the location PMP installation Folder\webapps\PassTrix\themes\passtrix\images with the name "ps_logo_new.gif" after removing the old logo.
