Thanks for the post.
If
you have delete the old AD account from PMP then all the
data(resources, password etc) will be also removed from PMP
permanently. However, we can re-import the user as fresh user inside
PMP and it should work fine. After re-importing if the user faces
any problem. Please zip and send the <PMP-Home>/logs folder to
passwordmanagerpro-support@manageneengine.com along
with your contact details so that we can analyse the root cause and
get back to you.
