The special characters in the password should not cause any
problem. Are you using a internal mail server or any external mail
server like gmail? Try sending the test mail and let us know the
error message which you receive. Also, zip and send us the
<PMP-Home>/Logs directory along with the screenshot of the
mail server setting screen to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com so
that we can analyse the issue and get back to you.
