Yes. You can create a criteria based resource group and pull all the servers excluding the tuna and mako user accounts. For the above scenario, you can specify the criteria as "Resources name, start with, srv + User account, does not contain, tuna + User account, does not contain, mako" (refer the attached screenshot).
