PMP manages the passwords based on its source. So each Resource should be unique and each account under a single resource should be unique. If required, you can add the same add the same resource with different resource name but the DNS name, description, Resource type and other fields can be the same.
Also, if any other differentiator like "department" needs to be tagged then you can make use the Resource Additional Field feature. You can navigate to Admin-->Resource Additional Field section and create a new column named "department". Then you will be allowed to store the actual department name next to each resource to differentiate.
