Hi Matt,
Thanks for the post. Please make sure that the service account that is running Password Manager Pro in the secondary server has access to the UNC path. You can check the services console of the primary server to check which service account is running the Password Manager Pro service and use the same account to run the service in the secondary server as well.
Please try the same and let us know how it goes.
