Thanks for the post and our sincere apologies for the delay in response.
From the logs we can see the error message, Error: PMP encryption key file is not available in \\dfgit01\PMP_Encryption_Key\pmp_key.key. So please make sure that the key is available in the configured path and also make sure that the PMP service account has enough permissions to read the file. Then try starting the service and it should work fine.
