Hi Rilton,

Thanks for the post and our sincere apologies for the delay in response.
We believe that you are referring to the RDP feature where in you would like to use a common Windows domain account to open RDP sessions into multiple Windows servers. Go to Resources tab and select any Windows resource using the check box in front. Then navigate to the Resource Actions button at the top and select "Configure AutoLogon Helper". It will allow you to choose another WindowsDomain resource and any domain account present under that WindowsDomain Resource. Now if you go to the Connection tab in the left page and move your mouse cursor over this Windows box, you will get the respective domain account available for the RDP session. You can also select multiple resources and configure the Domain admin for RDP in bulk.

Ideally, our user directly import their Windows boxes from AD using the "Discover Resources" button. When they import the Windows machines, PMP will automatically pull all the local accounts of each windows machine and it will also create a WindowsDomain resource, representing your domain controller. Hope this helps you. Please try the same and do contact us if you have any further questions.
