Hi Adam, Thanks for the post and apologies for the delay in response. 1)The the user name format is what we check during the SAML authentication and am afraid, it cannot be configured for the Local users as well as the domain users at the same time in PMP. Because, the local users will just use the user account where as the domain login will use DOMAINNAME\Accountname. However, you can specify the name ID format in the SAML application to look only for the account name ignoring the DOMAINNAME\. You can find few examples for OKTA in the below link. 2)Could you please let us know the version number of your PMP installation. This logout URL was not working in the older versions and has been addressed in the latest versions(8603). To get this working, please open the file system_properties.conf with notepad++ or wordpad and then try adding a new entry saml.logout.redirect.homepage=true. 3)Please follow the below steps to skip SAML SSO and to directly login to PMP. You can use the URL as described below to reach the login page directly. Replace servername with the name of your PMP server and replace remove 7272 if you are using 443 as the webserver port.
