Hi,

Thanks for the forum post.
The problem might be due to the permission issue, please try running the PMPAgent service using local administrator account and then try verifying the password and let us know how it goes. 

Also, Any specific reason for installing agents? PMP can very well manage passwords without the use of Agents. Agent needs to be used only if you have a Firewall/Network blockage between the Password Manager Pro server and the end machines. If you have a direct connectivity then you can very well reset the password of window accounts without deploying agents. You can refer this link for managing passwords using agent-less mode.
