Thanks for the post.
Please right click the PMP tray icon available in the PMP server in the right bottom corner in the taskbar --> Select Startup Options and have the options Load this Tray Icon on Windows Startup, Start PMP web console on service startup, Show Splash Screen on service Startup selected/checked(refer the screenshot below). Restart the PMP service and let us know if the log files are written in the C:\. Please clear the Log files from the C:\ before starting the service.
