Hi,

Thanks for the post and our sincere apologies for the delay in response.
Please stop the service. Then open CMD with admin rights and navigate to PMP/bin directory. Execute the command pmp.bat start. Check if it starts fine. If it does, then it is a permission issue and you would have to supply an admin account for the Password Manager Pro service.

If you still face the same issue, then please zip and send us the entire logs directory to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com. We will analyze the logs and get back to you immediately.
