Thanks for the post. Please follow the below steps so that we can identify the root cause of this issue.
- Navigate to Admin-->Log Level. Change the Level to Debug and Save it.
- Stop PMP service.
- Edit the wrapper.conf file present in the <PMP Home>\conf folder and find the line cli.debug=false. Change it to cli.debug=true and save it.
- Remove all the log files present inside PMP/logs directory.
- Start PMP service and try to verify the password of brian account. Let us know the result.
- Then try the reset for this account a few times.(Try to reproduce the issue couple of times)
- Then zip and send us the PMP/logs folder.
Send the logs to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com. Note that the login password will be printed in the logs and therefore we request you to revert the change after sending the logs. We will analyze the logs and get back to you shortly.
