Re : Bulk reset of Local Administrator accounts in specific group

Hi Darren,

Thanks for the forum post.
You can also make use of the criteria based groups(dynamic group) to group a particular account from all the resources and perform a bulk password reset. For example: "Resource type ", "equals" , "Windows" + "User account", "equals", "administrator" which will fetch all the local admin accounts from the windows servers. More information on creating criteria based resource groups is available here.

You can also make use of the resource/account additional field where you can create a custom field and create a criteria based on the custom field value. These fields can be associated to each and every user account. You can define a simple criteria based on the these custom fields as well.

Once, the criteria based groups is created. You can click on the perform password reset next to the resource group to perform bulk password reset on demand or you can schedule the password reset by clicking on the schedule password rotation option available next to the resource group. Refer this link for configuring schedule password rotation.
