Build 8503 and Ampersand (&) password reveal issues

After recently upgrading to Build 8503 I've noticed that any resource that has an ampersand (&) in the Resource Name or User Account name has an error every time you attempt to reveal the password associated with that resource.  

The error message is "Access denied.  You do not have permission to view password for [Resource name/User Account Name]'

I believe this has something to do with the way ampersand is translated to & in HTML.

After discussing this with my tech support team this bug is also impacting passwords that contain an ampersand as well.
