Re : Cannot reset password via PMP Agent

Hi,

Thanks for the post.
If this is just a Windows server, then you cannot add the domain based accounts under this resource. When you start the service, it will automatically add all the local accounts that is part of this server. But if this is your DC and if you have deployed the WindowsDomain Agent, then you can very well add domain accounts underneath it. In this case, you may have to run the PMPAgent service with the privileged account and then try doing a reset.

Also, Agents only support reset of service accounts in DC. At present, it does not have the capability to update the password on all the services running on various server. For this, you will need to use the agentless mode and the PMP server will need connectivity to the DC and all other member servers.
