Re : Service stopped after 5 minutes

Hi,

Thanks for the post. Please try the below steps.
  • Stop the PMP service, if running and delete all the log files present inside PMP/logs directory.
  • Rename PMP/rec directory to rec_older.
  • Start the PMP service and continue using it for sometime.
  • It should work without any issues.
  • But if it stops, please zip and send us the entire logs directory.
We will analyze the logs and get back to you immediately.
