Thanks for the post.
You can use the Forgot Password option present in the login screen and the local authentication password will be sent to you through email. You can login to PMP with the username as DOMAINNAME\UserName, supply the local password and select "Local Authentication" in the drop down menu instead of your domain name. This way PMP will authenticate you locally without trying to connect to AD Which can be used when AD is down.
Please send a mail to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com, if the forgot password option is not available in the Login screen so that we can send you the script to enable this option. Also, let us know database used and whether PMP is installed in Windows or linux,
