Thanks for the post.
Please login to PMP web console as an administrator .
Navigate to admin tab -> General -> General settings ->
click on the user management in the left side and check the box
"Allow 'Local Authentication' when AD/LDAP/RADIUS/Smart
Card/SAML Single Sign On authentication is enabled" and click save.
Now,
when you logout, you will see both AD as well as Local Authentication.
