Please follow the below mentioned steps to apply the debug
agent which will help us to identify the root cause.
- Execute the command AgentInstaller.exe stop , this will uninstall the existing agent service
- Download the zip file from the below link : https://uploads.zohocorp.com/Internal_Useruploads/PasswordManagerPro/o_1a3c6q4dcb9tjurfkcfh010nl1/AgentDebug_above_8300.zip
- Extract it. Copy the PMPAgent.exe file
- And replace it inside PMP agent installation folder.
- Remove the PMPAgent.log file
- Execute the command AgentInstaller.exe start , this will install agent service and start the agent.
- Login to PMP web console.
- Try to verify the passwords on the server.
Once it fails, zip and send the new created PMPAgent.log
file to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com so
that we can analyse the root cause of the issue.
