Yes.
You can import users from AD and users can use the domain
credentials for authentication. But, if cannot be using direct AD
integration. If you go for Linux installation, then AD integration
should be done using LDAP so direct AD integration is not possible
in Linux installation. However, you can use LDAP and import users
from AD.
