Hi,

Thanks for the forum post.
The problem with the tray icon might be due to the permission issue. Right click and exit the tray icon from the task bar and then navigate to the PMP installation directory, right click on the file PMP.exe-->Properties-->Select the tab "Compatibilty" and check the box "Run this program as an administrator" and then right click on the file PMP.exe and select Run as Administrator. You will be able to stop and start PMP service from the tray icon.

Please try the same and let us know how it goes.
