Hi Matthew,

Thanks for the post.
Please replace the current PMP installation directory with the backup that's been taken prior the upgrade. To replace it, please stop the PMP service and rename the current folder of PMP to PMP-Failed. Move the backup PMP installation folder(please do not copy and replace instead move the complete folder) and start the product to use it.
