Thanks for the
forum post and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please follow the
below steps and send the debug logs to the email address mentioned
in the signature.
- Stop PMP service.
- Rename the logs folder as Logs_old.
- Start the service.
- Navigate to Admin and change the log level to Debug.
- Try to add account to an existing Resource couple of times.
Send
the new logs folder for analysis. Also, please clear the browser
cache and try to add the account once again, just to ensure it is
not a browser issue.
