Hi,

Thanks for the post.
Have you migrated PMP from one server to another or have you configured any SSL certificate in PMP by specifying the Cname?  By default, we bundle a self signed certificate with the product which will have Issued by and Issued to as hostname. If you have made any changes to this configuration. Then, you will receive the error message "invalid certification". Please follow the below mentioned steps to recreate the certificate with proper host name.

  1. Stop the PMP server if it is running.
  2. Take a back up of  the server.keystore file present in <PMP_HOME>/conf folder and move it in a different location.
  3. Download the attached createCertificate.txt file under <PMP_HOME>/bin folder and rename it as createCertificate.bat
  4. Go to command prompt and execute createCertificate.bat  <ip address of the server where pmp is installed> from <PMP_HOME>/bin folder
  5. Now start the PMP server
  6. Execute AgentInstaller.exe stop which will uninstall the existing PMP Agent
  7. Download the Agent in the remote machine
  8. Execute AgentInstaller.exe start which will start the PMP Agent
  9. check whether it is able to connect to the server.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks & Regards,
Chris
