Thanks for the forum post.
Please follow the below steps to increase the SSH/Telnet
response speed.
- Stop the PMP service
- Navigate to <PMP-Home>/webapps/PassTrix/WEB-INF folder
- Edit the file Web.xml file with wordpad or notepad
- Search for the value 350 and change it to 75.(EX: the line would be <param-value>350</param-value> which should be <param-value>75</param-value>
- Save the file and restart the service once.
- Then try using the SSH/Telnet features and let us know how it goes.
