Hi Les,

Thanks for the mail.
Navigate to Resources -> Resources Groups -> Show tree view and click on edit to change the root node name. If you are requirements is form the tree structure, We have two options to form the tree structure and the example diagrams for the same is available in the below link.

First option:  In order to form the tree structure , each and every admins has to construct it. The Tree will be unique for each admin and you cannot have another admin manage your tree. If you have different admin's representing different company/departments, then each admin should name their tree with their company/department name. So you will have to change your Tree name from Resources to your team name. This is one way of using the Tree structure. You can refer this link for more info.

Also, each admin is allowed to have root node under which he/she can have Groups/Sub Groups which will be displayed to the user when a resource groups is shared. The admins can edit the node name and enter their company/department name so that it will not display their name. Navigate to Resources -> Resources Groups -> Show tree view and click on edit to change the root node name. This way, when the resources are shared it will display the Team name instead of their name.

Second Option: You can create a common tree structure for all the users and user will be able to see only the resource groups which are share to them.To enable it, Please navigate to Admin ---> General settings ---> Password retrieval and check the box where it says "Allow all admin users to manipulate the entire explorer tree". In this Global tree structure, the admins(both administrator and password administrator) can drag and drop the resource groups to form the tree structure. So, when another admin adds a resource groups and you want to add a sub group under this resource group, you can simply drag and drop the group in the home tab to form the tree structure. The sharing permissions will not be inherited when you make it as the sub group. The sharing concept will remain the same as in the older versions. Users will be able to only view the groups which are shared to them in the Global tree. Please refer the topic "Allowing Administrators to Manipulate the Nested Resource Group Explorer Tree" from this link for more info.

Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.

Thanks & Regards,
Chris
