The patch for adjusting the
RDP screen resolution has been bundled along with the 8000
version of PMP. After upgrading to the latest version and you
can just follow the steps below to enable it.
- Stop the PMP service.
- Navigate to PMP/Conf folder.
- Open the file system_properties.conf with Wordpad or Notepad++.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Add new attributes in this file as mentioned in the next point.
- rdpWidth=<value> (Ex: rdpWidth= 1365)
- rdpHeight=<value> (Ex: rdpHeight= 767)
- Just make sure that the width and height values are a little bit lesser than your actual screen resolution to allow session recording.
- Save the file
- Start the PMP service.
You can Edit the above system property at any point of time to change the screen resolution of RDP sessions.
