Yes. We do have API features in PMP. We have XML-RPC based API and SSH based CLI API that can be used. Using these API features, you can securely retrieve the passwords from PMP and make use of it in the Web service which will help Enterprise Service Bus. More information about these features are available here.
Also, we are implementing REST API in our upcoming release which is excepted to be out in 2 to 3 weeks from now.
