Thanks for the forum post.
In
PMP, we have an option to purge the audit records. Please navigate
to Audit Tab -> Audit Actions -> Configure Audit. In the
bottom of the screen, check for the number of day specified for
purging the audit records. If it set for 1 day, please increase or
set to 0 days so that audit records will not be purged.
Also,
try performing various action in PMP like password retrieval etc and
check whether audit entries are getting recorded. If the audit
records are not getting recorded then please send your convenient
