We
are sending you a Debug Agent which should print more information
about this issue in the logs. So please follow the below steps and
send the logs files to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com
- Download the zip file from the below link and extract it in the Target server.
- https://uploads.zohocorp.com/Internal_Useruploads/PasswordManagerPro/o_19dni2ot25qk4472jdjb23nq1/Agent_Debug_Win.zip
- Execute the command AgentInstaller.exe stop, this will uninstall the existing agent service
- Remove the existing folder
- Go to the new Agent folder.
- Execute the command AgentInstaller.exe start , this will install new agent service and start the agent.
- Now, check if the agent service is stopped. If the agent fails to start, please send us the newly created agent logs for analysis.
We
will analyze the logs and get back to you shortly.
