You can make use of the criteria based groups(dynamic group) to group a particular account from all the resources and perform a bulk password reset. For example: "Resource type ", "equals" , "Windows" + "User account", "equals", "administrator" which will fetch all the local admin accounts from the windows servers. More information on creating criteria based resource groups is available here.
Also, you can make use of the resource/account additional field where you can create a custom field and create a criteria based on the custom field value. For example. For Example, you can create a custom field called "Server location" with the values "Site A, Site B, Site C". These fields can be associated to each and every user account. You can define a simple criteria based on the these fields "Server Location + Equals + Site A" to filter only the accounts part of Site A and configure the Password Reset.
