Hi,

Thanks for the forum post.
We believe the resource groups are created using the prick individually option. Instead, if you create resource groups by specifying the criteria only the enable accounts will be pulled from all the CISCO switches and you can perform a bulk password reset for enable accounts alone. For example: "Resource type ", "equals" , "CISCO IOS" + "User account", "equals", "enable" which will fetch all the enable accounts from the CISCO resources. More information on creating criteria based resource groups is available here.

Once, the criteria based groups is created. You can click on the perform password reset next to the resource group to perform bulk password reset on demand or you can schedule the password reset by clicking on the schedule password rotation option available next to the resource group. Refer this link for configuring schedule password rotation.

Hope this helps you. Feel free to write us if you have any other questions.

Thanks & Regards,
Chris
