Re : Secondary won't start after upgrade

Hi Guest,

The service start up issue might have been occurred due to some permission issue for the folders inside PMP.  Please navigate to PMP Installation folder and execute the below commands 
  • chown -R postgres:postgres pgsql/data
  • chown -R postgres:postgres conf/ServerKey.key
Then, try starting the PMP service and let us know how it goes.

If you still face any issues, please zip and send us the PMP\logs folder from your secondary server to the below mentioned email address.
