Secondary won't start after upgrade

I have just upgraded fromPMPpro  6802 to 6900 and then to 6904.
The primary starts without problems
I reinstalled secondary with the full package and created a HAPack.zip, copied that to secondary and unpacked it.
Then I start primary without any problems and secondary won't start pgsql.

Only hint is in serverout0.txt

The pmp_key.key is the same as on primary

Where is my problem?
