Thank you for your answer!

I want to make sure that I am talking about the "Personal" and not "Enterprise" Tab in the Password Manager Pro.

The first option you gave me affect only the "Enterprise" Tab, not the "Personal" Tab.

I deactivated in the "Export Passwords - Offline Access section and disable the first option" every option. But i could still export my personal passwords as PDF and XLS.

Additionally I had a look on the Admin User (not User Groups) settings -> "Export Passwords - Offline Access" for my non-admin user and activated only the option to "Encrypted HTML (.html). The option "Plain-test-spread-sheet (.xlsx)" is deactivated. And still I am able to export my personal passwords as PDF and XLS.

If I deactivate in the User Groups settings the option to "Allow to export personal passwords" for each user group the user is a member of then the option to export my personal passwords as PDF and XLS is not available anymore. That is at least one possibility, but it is not ideal, so I have some more questions.

1. If I import an User from the Active Directory I do not have to allot the user to a group. So I cannot chose that the User should not be able to export personal passwords. I have to allot him to a group with this setting. Is there a possibility to set a general setting that users, independent from being a member of a group, are able to export personal passwords just encrypted and not simply as PDF or XLS?

Thank you for your help and best regards,

Mathias
