Sure. Please send us the snapshot of the OU's that gets displayed and the actual OU list from your AD. We have two agents in PMP. One to manage Windows local account passwords and another for Domain controllers to manage the domain account passwords. The Windows agent can be deployed on regular windows servers, desktops, laptops and workstations. The WindowsDomain agent needs to be deployed in your DC to manage domain accounts. The Agents are only required if the PMP server does not have direct access to the target servers or if they are on a different network/DMZ locations. These are one way agents that does not require network access from PMP server to the target device and they use outbound connection from the target devices to the PMP webpage. If the devices are reachable, then PMP can very well operate in Agent-less mode.
