Automated Password reset that makes sense

We like the function that creates a automatic password, however whenever we have to use the password it is killer that the password is so hard to remember.  Is there a way to have it create a password that is difficult, but easier to use when you need it.  Something like a complex, but pronounceable password.  Ex: 4Score&20yrsAgo
