You should be able to use an SHA1 certificate as well. Please delete all the log files present inside PMP directory and then apply the certificate keystore. Start the service. Once it fails to start, zip and send us the entire logs directory. Then revert the config so that you can continue using PMP. We will analyze the logs and get back to you shortly.
