How are the users added into PMP? Have you imported them from Active Directory or added them manually? If the users are import from AD then Password Manager Pro has seamless AD integration with sync features where users will import from AD and you can enable the AD sync features. You can Sync's AD Groups and OU's and share the resources with the AD Groups and OU's. If a new user is added to group or OU, sharing will be done automatically. If the users are added manually and if the user groups are manually created in PMP then you have to manually edit the user group and add the user to that group only then the user will have access to all the passwords which are shared to that user group.
So, if you go for AD integration this process can be automated by enabling AD sync for the user group else if has to be done manually.
