Hi,

For the CPU spike issue, please follow the below mentioned steps and let us know how it goes.
  • Click on the notification bar flashed in your PMP web page which requests you to change the location of your session recording.
  • If its not displayed anymore, please navigate to Audit ---> Recorded Sessions ---> Configure Session Recording.
  • Under "External Location for Recorded sessions", update the location path where you want the recordings to be stored under the "Directory for storing recorded sessions". This should be outside the PMP folder and you can very well store it under, Ex: <C:\ManageEngine\recorded_files>
  • Also, update a backup path under "Backup Directory for storing recorded sessions", Ex: C:\recorded_files and Save.

Please follow the steps below to increase the Java memory which will increase the performance for JAVA process.

      1. Stop PMP service.

      2. Edit the wrapper.conf file which is in PMP\Conf folder as given below. Make sure that you have copy of the file outside the installation directory before you edit it. Edit the file as given below.

Find the line Initial Java Heap Size and change the value from wrapper.java.initmemory=50 to wrapper.java.initmemory=256

Find the line Maximum Java Heap Size and change the value from wrapper.java.maxmemory=256 to                                       wrapper.java.maxmemory=1024 and save the file.

      3. Delete all the log files present inside PMP/logs directory of the PMP server.
