The resource is not a WindowsDomain resource....it is just a Windows Resource. Is this a limitation to only allowing local accounts to be available for password reset.

The user account I added is a domain account and does allow RDP, but the reset feature fails both manually and via the Access Control setting, as from the error message, it looks like it is attempting to pull the account information from the local Resource instead of the Domain.
