We tried to reproduce this issue here in our environment but PMP does not allow us to open the RDP session after the time frame expires. If you are able to reproduce this issue, then please take a snapshot before you use the Request button. Then get it approved and open an RDP. Use it until it expires and the session auto-closes.
Then open a RDP session again and send us the snapshot of the same. If required, we can also schedule a quick call to go over this issue. Look forward to hear from you.
